IO, l'app dei servizi pubblici 2.79.0.9

IO allows you to easily and securely interact with various Italian Public Administrations, whether local or national, gathering all their services, communications, and payments in one app.

With IO, you can:

• Receive your COVID-19 Green Certificates;
• Receive relevant messages and communications from public entities, whether local or national;
• Remember and manage your deadlines with the Public Administration by adding reminders directly to your personal calendar;
• Receive payment reminders, with the ability to pay for services and taxes within seconds using the app (either directly from the message or by scanning the QR code on the paper invoice);
• Keep track of your payments to the Public Administration through the transaction history.

To start using IO, you need to register with your SPID credentials or alternatively, with your Electronic Identity Card (CIE). After the initial registration, you can easily access the app by entering your chosen PIN or through biometric recognition (fingerprint or face recognition), ensuring secure authentication.

IO is a project that grows constantly, thanks to citizens' feedback. If you come across any issues or suggestions for improvement while using it, you can report them using the appropriate tools within the app.

Many new features will be released in the coming months. Follow the project roadmap on the io.italia.it website.
